I may be a business analyst by profession, but my learning will never stop. Everyday, I learn something new which helps me grow both professionally as well as personally. There are thousands and thousands of articles on the skills a Business Analyst (BA) should have etc. The best and most compiled book that I would recommend to everyone is International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA)'s A Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge® (BABOK® Guide) (link is provided below) IIBA's BABOK Guide [I don't own this image.
